Patravo is operated by Venlorin LLC.
1. Plain-English Summary
Patravo is a communication, event, media, and organization-management platform for youth-serving organizations, including troops, packs, crews, ships, posts, councils, chartered organizations, camps, nonprofit programs, schools, churches, clubs, and similar groups.
These Terms of Service are the rules for using Patravo.
The main points are:
- Youth safety comes first.
- Patravo is designed to help organizations support recognized youth protection and safeguarding practices.
- Patravo is not a substitute for trained adult leadership, supervision, mandatory reporting, emergency action, or compliance with an organization’s own rules.
- Organizations are responsible for who they invite, what permissions they assign, what content they publish, and how they use Patravo.
- Adults may not use Patravo to create secret, unsafe, grooming, or unsupervised communication with youth.
- Users may not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, sexual, harassing, hateful, dangerous, or deceptive content.
- Users may report content, accounts, or safety concerns.
- Patravo may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve records, and report safety issues when needed.
- Organizations own their organization data. Individuals and families retain rights over their personal information.
- Patravo does not sell ads, does not sell personal information, does not use AI features, and does not use customer content to train AI models.
- Patravo provides tools. Organizations remain responsible for youth protection, event safety, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and their own program requirements.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Venlorin LLC. Please read them carefully.
2. Who We Are

In these Terms, “Patravo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Venlorin LLC when operating the Patravo service.
3. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:

- The Patravo web app
- The Patravo iOS app
- The Patravo Android app
- Patravo organization workspaces
- Patravo public organization websites
- Patravo support services
- Patravo emails, push notifications, and service notices
- Features, tools, APIs, integrations, media services, event tools, communication tools, and related services that link to these Terms
These Terms apply whether you use Patravo as an individual, parent, guardian, youth member, adult volunteer, organization administrator, organization owner, council representative, chartered organization representative, staff member, or other authorized user.

These Terms incorporate the following Patravo policies, where applicable:

- Acceptable Use Policy
- Cookie Notice
- Subprocessor List
- Security Policy
- Responsible Disclosure Policy
- Data Processing Addendum, if signed or otherwise agreed
- Any order form, subscription agreement, or written agreement signed by Venlorin LLC
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement with Venlorin LLC, the signed written agreement controls for that customer.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Data Processing Addendum, the Data Processing Addendum controls for personal-data processing matters covered by that DPA.
5. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Patravo, creating an account, joining an organization workspace, creating an organization workspace, purchasing a subscription, uploading content, sending messages, managing users, or using any Patravo feature, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Patravo on behalf of an organization, you represent that:
- You are authorized to act for that organization.
- You are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization’s behalf.
- The organization agrees to these Terms.
- You will not misrepresent your authority, role, title, affiliation, or relationship to any organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Patravo.
6. Important Note for Youth Users
If you are under 18, Patravo is available to you only through an authorized organization, parent, guardian, or other approved adult process.
You should understand:
- Patravo is not a secret messaging app.
- Your organization, adult leaders, administrators, moderators, parents, or guardians may be able to see certain information depending on your role, your group, your guardian relationships, and your organization’s settings.
- Do not use Patravo to hide unsafe behavior.
- Do not share personal, private, sexual, threatening, bullying, or unsafe content.
- If something makes you feel unsafe, pressured, threatened, or uncomfortable, tell a parent, guardian, trusted adult, organization leader, or appropriate authority.
Patravo is designed to support safer youth-serving organizations, not secret communication.
7. Definitions
For clarity, these Terms use the following terms.
Account means an individual login or user profile for Patravo.
Adult User means a user who is 18 years old or older.
Authorized User means a person who has been invited, approved, or permitted to use Patravo by an organization, parent, guardian, administrator, or Venlorin LLC.
Chartered Organization means a church, school, nonprofit, civic group, business, association, or other entity that sponsors, charters, supervises, hosts, or is legally responsible for a youth-serving unit or program.
Council means a local council, regional council, district, service area, or similar scouting or youth-program administrative body.
Customer means the organization or person that purchases, subscribes to, creates, manages, or controls a Patravo workspace.
Organization means any group, entity, or program that creates, manages, sponsors, supervises, owns, or uses a Patravo workspace. This may include troops, packs, crews, ships, posts, patrols, dens, committees, camps, districts, councils, chartered organizations, Scouting America, schools, clubs, churches, nonprofits, community groups, associations, or other youth-serving organizations.
Organization Data means data, content, records, settings, files, communications, rosters, events, media, and other information submitted to or created in Patravo by or for an organization.
Organization Owner means the person or entity designated as having primary control over a Patravo organization workspace.
Organization Administrator means a user given administrative permissions by the organization or Patravo.
Parent or Guardian means a parent, legal guardian, caregiver, or other adult authorized to act for a youth member.
Patravo Service or Service means the Patravo website, web app, iOS app, Android app, organization workspaces, public pages, communications, media tools, event tools, administration tools, and related services.
Public Page means a web page or website published through Patravo that is intended to be visible outside a private organization workspace.
User Content means messages, announcements, comments, posts, photos, videos, files, captions, event information, profile information, public website content, forms, records, and other content submitted, uploaded, posted, sent, stored, displayed, or shared through Patravo.
Youth Member means a person under 18 who participates in an organization or uses Patravo through an organization, parent, guardian, or authorized adult process.
Youth-Protection Settings means Patravo settings, permissions, design choices, and controls intended to support safer communication, adult oversight, guardian visibility, reporting, moderation, and role-based access.
8. Who Uses Patravo
Patravo serves both individuals and organizations.
8.1 Individual Users
Individual users may include:
- Youth members
- Parents and guardians
- Adult leaders
- Troop leaders
- Cubmasters
- Crew Advisors
- Skippers
- Coaches
- Mentors
- Committee members
- Chartered Organization Representatives
- Council staff
- District volunteers
- Camp staff
- Organization administrators
- Organization owners
- Volunteers
- Website visitors
- Support contacts
8.2 Organizational Users
Organizations that use Patravo may include:
- Troops
- Packs
- Crews
- Ships
- Posts
- Patrols
- Dens
- Committees
- Chartered organizations
- Districts
- Councils
- Scouting America
- Camps
- Nonprofit organizations
- Schools
- Churches
- Clubs
- Teams
- Community organizations
- Other youth-serving organizations
8.3 Multiple Organizations May Have Interests
In scouting and other youth programs, more than one organization may have a legitimate role. For example, a troop may be connected to a chartered organization, council, district, national organization, committee, and families.
Patravo may support these relationships through roles, permissions, linked organizations, reporting, exports, oversight settings, or other tools.
If there is a disagreement about who controls an organization workspace, Patravo may require reasonable proof of authority. This may include documentation from a chartered organization, council, national organization, executive officer, committee chair, legal representative, court order, payment owner, domain owner, or other reliable source.
Patravo may temporarily restrict, preserve, suspend, or limit access to an organization workspace while an authority dispute is reviewed.
9. Independent Service; No Scouting America Endorsement
Patravo is designed to help organizations support recognized youth protection and safeguarding practices, including principles used by Scouting America and other youth-serving organizations.
Patravo is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or operated by Scouting America, Boy Scouts of America, any council, district, or chartered organization.
Users and organizations may not claim or imply that Patravo is endorsed by Scouting America, a council, a district, a chartered organization, or any other third party unless they have written authorization to do so.
Users and organizations are responsible for using Scouting America names, marks, logos, program names, badges, rank names, insignia, and other protected materials only as permitted by the owner of those rights and applicable policies.
10. Eligibility and Authority
To use Patravo, you must be legally allowed to use the Service and must comply with these Terms.
10.1 Adults
Adult users must provide accurate information and must not misrepresent their identity, role, authorization, youth-protection status, training status, organization affiliation, or relationship to a youth member.
10.2 Youth Members
Youth members may use Patravo only through an authorized organization, parent, guardian, or adult-supervised process.
A youth member may not create or use an account by pretending to be an adult, parent, guardian, leader, administrator, or another person.
10.3 Parents and Guardians
Parents and guardians must accurately represent their relationship to youth members. A user may not claim a parent or guardian relationship unless authorized.
10.4 Organization Representatives
If you create, purchase, administer, or manage Patravo for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
This includes authority from the appropriate organization, which may be a troop, pack, crew, ship, post, committee, chartered organization, council, national organization, school, church, nonprofit, or other responsible entity.
10.5 No Misuse of Roles
You may not use a role, title, administrator permission, guardian relationship, or organization relationship to access information you are not authorized to see.
11. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Use a strong password.
- Use multi-factor authentication where available, especially for administrator accounts.
- Not share your password.
- Not let another person use your account.
- Not access Patravo through another person’s account.
- Promptly notify Patravo if you believe your account was compromised.
- Promptly notify your organization if your role or access should change.
Organizations are responsible for:
- Inviting only authorized users.
- Removing users who are no longer authorized.
- Reviewing administrator access.
- Maintaining accurate guardian relationships.
- Maintaining accurate youth/adult roles.
- Configuring permissions appropriately.
- Reviewing safety and moderation reports.
- Protecting exported data.
Patravo may suspend or restrict accounts that appear compromised, unsafe, unauthorized, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
12. Organization Responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for how they use Patravo.
Organizations agree to:
- Use Patravo only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
- Maintain accurate rosters, roles, guardian links, and permissions.
- Obtain required consents and authorizations before entering youth information.
- Obtain appropriate permission before uploading or publishing youth photos, videos, names, or identifying details.
- Follow their own youth-protection, safeguarding, training, screening, reporting, supervision, and recordkeeping rules.
- Follow applicable council, chartered organization, school, church, nonprofit, camp, district, national organization, or governing-body rules.
- Follow applicable law.
- Review and respond to reports, moderation issues, and safety concerns.
- Keep administrator access limited to trusted and authorized adults.
- Protect exported data.
- Not use Patravo to avoid, bypass, weaken, or conceal required youth-protection practices.
Patravo provides tools. Organizations remain responsible for leadership, supervision, safety, compliance, and judgment.
13. Youth Safety and Safeguarding Rules
Youth safety is a core requirement of Patravo.
Users and organizations may not use Patravo to create, enable, conceal, or normalize unsafe interactions with youth.
13.1 No Secret Adult-to-Youth Spaces
Where youth-protection settings apply, users may not use Patravo to create secret or unsupervised adult-to-youth private communication.
Users may not bypass Patravo’s youth-protection settings by:
- Moving youth communications to unauthorized private channels.
- Creating hidden groups.
- Creating duplicate accounts.
- Mislabeling youth as adults.
- Mislabeling adults as youth.
- Removing required adult or guardian visibility.
- Using off-platform messages to avoid oversight.
- Encouraging youth to hide communications from parents, guardians, leaders, or administrators.
13.2 No Grooming or Exploitation
Patravo has zero tolerance for grooming, sexual exploitation, sexual solicitation, coercion, sextortion, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, or attempts to normalize inappropriate adult-youth relationships.
This prohibition applies to all content, messages, media, profiles, comments, events, files, usernames, links, and off-platform conduct connected to Patravo use.
13.3 No Harassment, Bullying, or Hazing
Users may not use Patravo to harass, bully, haze, shame, ridicule, threaten, isolate, intimidate, humiliate, or target another person.
This includes cyberbullying, group pile-ons, abusive jokes, initiation rituals, discriminatory attacks, retaliation, or content designed to embarrass a youth member or vulnerable person.
13.4 No Unsafe Event Practices
Organizations may not use Patravo to promote or manage events in a way that violates applicable youth-protection, supervision, safety, age-appropriateness, transportation, medical, camp, council, school, chartered organization, or governing-body requirements.
13.5 Reporting Safety Concerns
Users should report unsafe content, unsafe users, suspicious behavior, youth-protection concerns, or policy violations using Patravo’s reporting tools where available or by contacting support@patravo.com.
If there is an emergency or immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services or the appropriate authorities first.
Patravo is not a substitute for emergency services, mandatory reporting, law enforcement, child protective services, medical care, or trained in-person supervision.
13.6 Cooperation With Safety Authorities
When Patravo reasonably believes it is necessary or legally required, Patravo may preserve records, restrict access, remove content, suspend accounts, notify organization administrators, notify parents or guardians, notify a council or chartered organization, report to law enforcement, report to child protection agencies, or report to child-safety organizations.
14. Acceptable Use Rules
You may use Patravo only for lawful, safe, respectful, and authorized purposes.
You may not use Patravo to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Violate youth-protection rules.
- Violate these Terms or Patravo policies.
- Violate organization, council, chartered organization, school, church, nonprofit, camp, district, or governing-body rules.
- Harm, exploit, groom, solicit, endanger, abuse, or threaten a child or vulnerable person.
- Upload, create, distribute, request, or link to child sexual abuse material or exploitative content.
- Upload sexual content involving minors.
- Upload non-consensual intimate content.
- Upload pornography or sexually explicit content.
- Send sexual messages to or about youth members.
- Harass, bully, haze, intimidate, threaten, or shame others.
- Encourage self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior.
- Promote violence or credible threats.
- Dox, stalk, track, or surveil another person.
- Share another person’s private information without permission.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Misrepresent your role, authority, training, identity, affiliation, or guardian relationship.
- Create fake accounts.
- Evade moderation, suspension, or access restrictions.
- Interfere with youth-protection controls.
- Create hidden communication channels to avoid oversight.
- Upload malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Phish, scam, defraud, or deceive users.
- Collect login credentials.
- Scrape, harvest, sell, rent, or misuse rosters, directories, emails, phone numbers, or youth information.
- Use Patravo for advertising networks, data brokerage, or unrelated marketing lists.
- Use Patravo to send spam.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
- Publish youth photos, videos, names, or identifying details without appropriate permission.
- Publish confidential organization records without authorization.
- Interfere with the Service.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract Patravo source code except as allowed by law.
- Probe, scan, or test Patravo systems without authorization.
- Bypass access controls.
- Overload, disrupt, or attack Patravo systems.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without written permission.
- Resell Patravo without written authorization.
- Use Patravo to build a competing product through unauthorized copying or data extraction.
- Use Patravo in a way that damages Patravo, users, organizations, families, youth members, or the public.
Patravo may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, suspend organizations, preserve evidence, or report violations when appropriate.
15. User-Generated Content, Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Patravo includes user-generated content. This may include messages, comments, announcements, event discussions, files, photos, videos, profile information, public pages, forms, and other content.
15.1 Required Acceptance
Users must accept these Terms and applicable Patravo policies before creating, uploading, sending, or sharing user-generated content where required by the Service.
15.2 Objectionable Content Is Prohibited
Objectionable content and behavior are prohibited. This includes illegal, exploitative, abusive, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, deceptive, unsafe, or privacy-invasive content or behavior.
15.3 Reporting Tools
Patravo may provide in-app tools to report content, users, messages, media, groups, events, or safety concerns.
Users may also report concerns by contacting support@patravo.com.
15.4 Blocking and Restriction Tools
Where applicable, Patravo may provide tools to block, mute, restrict, hide, or limit interactions with other users.
In youth-serving organization settings, blocking and restriction tools must be balanced with safety, accountability, organization oversight, and required recordkeeping. Patravo may design blocking tools differently for youth-protection contexts than for general social media.
15.5 Moderation
Patravo and organization administrators may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or escalate content when needed to operate the Service, enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or address safety concerns.
Patravo does not promise to review all content before it appears. Users and organizations remain responsible for what they post, upload, send, approve, publish, or permit.
15.6 Safety Overrides
Patravo may override organization settings, disable features, restrict content, suspend messaging, preserve records, or notify appropriate parties when Patravo reasonably believes doing so is necessary to protect youth, vulnerable users, organizations, Patravo, or the public.
16. User Content Ownership and License
You keep ownership of content you own.
Organizations keep ownership of their Organization Data.
By submitting, uploading, sending, storing, displaying, or publishing User Content through Patravo, you grant Patravo a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, format, back up, secure, and otherwise use that content only as needed to:
- Provide Patravo.
- Operate organization workspaces.
- Deliver communications.
- Display files, media, messages, events, and public pages.
- Support users.
- Secure the Service.
- Enforce these Terms.
- Comply with law.
- Protect safety.
This license is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited to operating and protecting Patravo.
Patravo does not receive ownership of your User Content.
Patravo does not use AI features or customer content to train AI models.
17. Content You Must Have Rights To Use
You may upload or share content only if you have the right to do so.
You are responsible for making sure you have appropriate rights, permissions, releases, and consents for content you upload, share, or publish, including:
- Photos
- Videos
- Music
- Logos
- Documents
- Forms
- Names
- Stories
- Youth images
- Youth identifying information
- Scouting marks or insignia
- Organization marks
- Public website content
Organizations are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before publishing youth photos, youth names, identifying details, event participation, or other sensitive information.
18. Public Websites and Public Sharing
Patravo may allow organizations to create public websites or public pages.
Public pages are separate from private organization workspaces.
Organizations control what they publish publicly. Public content may be visible to anyone, indexed by search engines, shared by visitors, captured in screenshots, or cached by third parties.
Organizations are responsible for making sure public content is accurate, lawful, appropriate, authorized, and consistent with youth-protection requirements.
Youth photos, videos, names, identifying details, advancement information, attendance, location information, or sensitive youth information should not be published publicly unless the organization has appropriate permission and a legitimate reason to publish it.
Patravo may provide tools to update or remove public content, but Patravo cannot control copies, screenshots, search-engine caches, social-media shares, or third-party archives.
19. Events, Attendance, Transportation, and Activities
Patravo may include tools for events, calendars, RSVPs, attendance, reminders, transportation notes, permission information, packing lists, files, comments, and event communications.
These tools are administrative tools only.
Organizations remain responsible for:
- Event planning.
- Safety planning.
- Age-appropriate activities.
- Adult supervision.
- Youth-protection compliance.
- Transportation safety.
- Driver qualification.
- Medical readiness.
- Permission slips.
- Emergency contacts.
- Weather decisions.
- Venue rules.
- Insurance requirements.
- Council, chartered organization, school, camp, district, or governing-body approvals.
- Legal compliance.
- Mandatory reporting.
- Emergency response.
Patravo does not certify that an event is safe, approved, supervised, age-appropriate, compliant, insured, or authorized.
Do not rely on Patravo as the only source of emergency information during an activity. Offline copies, printed records, emergency plans, and direct adult supervision may be necessary.
20. Advancement, Awards, and Program Records
Patravo may include tools for tracking advancement, awards, badges, requirements, service hours, leadership roles, participation, or similar program records.
Unless Patravo expressly states otherwise in a written agreement or official integration, Patravo is not the official recordkeeper for Scouting America advancement, council records, school records, camp records, or other governing-body records.
Organizations are responsible for:
- Verifying advancement and award information.
- Submitting official records through required official systems.
- Keeping required backup records.
- Correcting errors.
- Following applicable program rules.
Patravo may help organize information, but Patravo does not decide whether a youth member has earned a rank, badge, award, requirement, position, or recognition.
21. Medical, Emergency, and Sensitive Information
Patravo may allow organizations to store emergency contact information, medical notes, allergy information, permission details, or other sensitive information if such features are enabled.
Organizations are responsible for deciding what sensitive information to store and for limiting access to authorized users.
Patravo is not a medical provider. Patravo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency dispatch, rescue services, or emergency monitoring.
Do not rely on Patravo as the only place to store emergency medical information. Organizations should follow their own safety procedures and maintain appropriate offline access for events, travel, camping, and areas with limited connectivity.
22. Communications
Patravo may support announcements, group messages, event discussions, comments, email, push notifications, and other communications.
Users agree that Patravo and their organizations may send service-related communications, such as:
- Account notices
- Security notices
- Event reminders
- Organization announcements
- Safety notices
- Administrative messages
- Support responses
- Billing notices
- Policy notices
Users may manage notification preferences where available. Some account, security, legal, billing, or safety notices may be required and may not be fully disabled while an account is active.
Patravo does not guarantee that every message, email, push notification, or alert will be delivered, received, opened, read, or acted upon.
Mobile notifications may depend on device settings, app permissions, delivery providers, and user preferences.
Patravo should not be used as the only method for urgent, emergency, or time-critical safety communications.
23. Payments, Subscriptions, Trials, and Refunds
Patravo may offer free, trial, paid, subscription, or enterprise plans.
23.1 Billing
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
Billing terms may be shown at checkout, in an order form, in an invoice, in an app store purchase flow, or in a signed written agreement.
23.2 Payment Processors
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Apple, Google, or another provider.
Patravo does not store full payment card numbers unless we clearly state otherwise.
Payment processors may have their own terms and privacy policies.
23.3 App Store Purchases
If you purchase through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, the app store provider may process payment, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and subscription management under its own terms.
Patravo may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases handled by an app store.
23.4 Trials
Patravo may offer trials. Trial terms may vary by plan, organization, campaign, or app store.
Patravo may modify or end trials at any time unless a written agreement says otherwise.
23.5 Renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal according to the applicable checkout, app store, or order-form terms.
23.6 Cancellations
You may cancel a paid plan according to the process provided in Patravo, the app store, the payment processor, or the applicable order form.
Cancellation may stop future charges, but it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for past charges unless required by law or stated in the applicable plan terms.
23.7 Price Changes
Patravo may change prices with notice where required. Price changes may take effect at the next renewal or as otherwise stated in the applicable notice, checkout flow, app store flow, or written agreement.
23.8 Nonpayment
If payment fails or fees are overdue, Patravo may suspend, limit, downgrade, or terminate access to paid features after reasonable notice where practical.
Patravo will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to youth-safety-related records, but unpaid accounts may lose access to paid features.
24. Organization Data, Import, Export, and Deletion
Organizations own their Organization Data.
Patravo will not hold organization data hostage.
Organizations may import data into Patravo, export data from Patravo in a reasonably usable format, and request deletion of Organization Data, subject to legal, safety, security, backup, billing, dispute-resolution, and legitimate recordkeeping limits.
Exportable Organization Data may include, where technically and legally practical:
- Members
- Parents and guardians
- Groups
- Roles
- Permissions
- Events
- RSVP records
- Attendance records
- Files
- Photos
- Videos
- Messages
- Announcements
- Settings
- Audit or history records
- Public website content
Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Some records may be retained for safety, audit, legal, billing, security, backup, dispute-resolution, or legitimate organization recordkeeping reasons.
Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited period before being purged through normal backup cycles.
25. Privacy
Patravo’s Privacy Policy explains how Patravo collects, uses, shares, retains, protects, and deletes personal information.

By using Patravo, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Patravo does not sell personal information, does not display ads in the product, does not use ad networks or marketing pixels, and does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
26. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Patravo may integrate with third-party services, such as:
- Authentication providers
- App stores
- Payment processors
- Email providers
- Push notification providers
- Cloud hosting providers
- Storage providers
- Calendar services
- File storage services
- Analytics tools limited to product reliability
- Customer support tools
- Safety and security tools
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Organizations control which integrations they enable where applicable.
Patravo is not responsible for third-party services unless required by law or a written agreement. Patravo may add, remove, suspend, or modify integrations at any time.
Users must not use integrations to bypass youth-protection settings, export data without authorization, scrape rosters, spam users, or share youth information with unauthorized parties.
27. Apple App Store Terms
This section applies if you access or download Patravo through Apple’s App Store.
These Terms are between you and Venlorin LLC, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for Patravo, support, maintenance, content, claims, warranties, or legal compliance, except as required by applicable law.
You must comply with Apple’s applicable App Store terms when using the Patravo iOS app.
If Patravo fails to conform to any applicable warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, according to Apple’s policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation for Patravo.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce this section against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted-party list.
28. Google Play Terms
This section applies if you access or download Patravo through Google Play.
These Terms are between you and Venlorin LLC, not Google.
Google is not responsible for Patravo, support, maintenance, content, claims, warranties, or legal compliance, except as required by applicable law.
You must comply with Google Play’s applicable terms and policies when using the Patravo Android app.
If you purchase a subscription or feature through Google Play, Google may handle payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund processing according to Google Play’s policies.
29. Service Availability and Changes
Patravo works hard to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Security issues
- Outages
- Third-party service failures
- Network problems
- Device problems
- App store issues
- Abuse prevention
- Legal requirements
- Emergency safety actions
- Events outside Patravo’s control
Patravo may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Patravo may also limit or disable features when needed for safety, security, legal compliance, product reliability, or misuse prevention.
30. Beta, Preview, and Experimental Features
Patravo may offer beta, preview, pilot, early-access, or experimental features.
These features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, or changed without notice.
Beta features may be removed, reset, limited, or modified at any time.
Do not rely on beta features for critical safety, emergency, legal, financial, medical, or recordkeeping needs.
Unless Patravo states otherwise in writing, beta features are provided “as is.”
31. Patravo Intellectual Property
Patravo and Venlorin LLC own the Service, including the software, design, user interface, workflows, product names, logos, trademarks, code, documentation, features, and related technology.
These Terms do not transfer any Patravo intellectual property rights to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Patravo except as allowed by these Terms, applicable law, or written permission from Venlorin LLC.
You may not use Patravo’s name, logo, branding, or trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation without written permission.
32. Feedback
If you send Patravo suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you allow Venlorin LLC to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
This does not give Patravo ownership of your Organization Data or personal information.
33. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
Patravo respects intellectual property rights.
If you believe content on Patravo infringes your copyright or other rights, contact:

- A description of the copyrighted work or protected material.
- A description or location of the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury if applicable, that you are authorized to act for the rights owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Patravo may remove or restrict content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
Users who believe their content was removed by mistake may contact Patravo with a counter-notice or explanation.
34. Suspension and Termination
Patravo may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, organizations, workspaces, features, content, or access if Patravo reasonably believes:
- These Terms were violated.
- A Patravo policy was violated.
- Youth safety may be at risk.
- A user or organization is acting without authority.
- An account is compromised.
- Content is illegal or unsafe.
- Payment is overdue.
- The Service is being abused.
- Data is being accessed improperly.
- A legal, security, or operational risk exists.
- Suspension is necessary to protect users, organizations, Patravo, or the public.
Patravo may act without advance notice when needed for safety, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or emergency reasons.
Where practical and appropriate, Patravo may provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
Users and organizations may stop using Patravo at any time.
Organizations may request export or deletion of Organization Data as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
35. Appeals
Where required by law or where Patravo makes appeal tools available, users or organizations may appeal certain suspension, removal, or privacy-rights decisions.
Appeals may be submitted by replying to the relevant notice or contacting:
Patravo may require identity verification, proof of authority, guardian verification, organization authorization, or additional information before reviewing an appeal.
Patravo may deny appeals when necessary for safety, legal, privacy, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
36. Investigations, Preservation, and Reporting
Patravo may investigate possible violations of these Terms, safety concerns, illegal activity, fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Patravo may preserve content, logs, account information, organization records, communications, files, or other information when reasonably necessary for:
- Youth safety
- Legal compliance
- Law enforcement requests
- Child protection reports
- Organization investigations
- Security investigations
- Abuse prevention
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of these Terms
- Protection of Patravo, users, organizations, or the public
Patravo may report illegal or unsafe activity to law enforcement, child protection agencies, child-safety organizations, affected organizations, parents, guardians, councils, chartered organizations, national organizations, or other appropriate parties when legally required or reasonably necessary.
37. No Professional Advice
Patravo is a software platform.
Patravo does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Medical advice
- Mental health advice
- Financial advice
- Tax advice
- Insurance advice
- Youth-protection certification
- Background checks
- Adult screening
- Emergency dispatch
- Safety certification
- Transportation approval
- Event approval
- Advancement approval
- Official governing-body approval
Organizations should consult qualified professionals, governing bodies, councils, chartered organizations, schools, legal counsel, insurers, medical professionals, or emergency authorities when appropriate.
38. Data Accuracy and Records
Users and organizations are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into Patravo.
Patravo may contain errors caused by user input, imports, sync issues, outdated records, configuration mistakes, or software defects.
Organizations should verify important records, especially records involving:
- Youth identity
- Guardian relationships
- Emergency contacts
- Medical notes
- Event attendance
- Transportation
- Permissions
- Advancement
- Awards
- Training
- Adult registration
- Youth-protection status
- Billing
- Public website content
Patravo does not independently verify that an adult is registered, trained, screened, approved, or authorized by Scouting America, a council, a chartered organization, a school, a church, a camp, or another governing body unless a specific Patravo feature or written agreement expressly says otherwise.
39. Disclaimers
Patravo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venlorin LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and security.
Patravo does not guarantee that:
- The Service will always be available.
- The Service will be error-free.
- Every message will be delivered.
- Every notification will be received.
- Every user will read a message.
- Every report will be reviewed immediately.
- Every unsafe action will be detected.
- Every account will remain secure.
- Every import or export will be perfect.
- Every record will be accurate.
- Every integration will keep working.
- Every device or browser will be supported.
- Every organization will use Patravo properly.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some disclaimers may not apply to you.
40. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venlorin LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, emotional distress, reputational harm, or substitute services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venlorin LLC’s total liability for all claims related to Patravo will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount paid to Patravo for the affected organization or account during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- One hundred dollars.
These limits apply regardless of the legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
41. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, organizations, adult users, administrators, and customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Venlorin LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:
- Your use of Patravo.
- Your User Content.
- Your Organization Data.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of law.
- Your violation of another person’s rights.
- Your violation of youth-protection, safety, council, chartered organization, school, church, nonprofit, camp, district, or governing-body rules.
- Your public website content.
- Your events, activities, transportation, supervision, or program decisions.
- Your failure to obtain required consents or permissions.
- Your misuse of youth information.
- Your misrepresentation of authority, affiliation, role, or guardian relationship.
This section does not require a youth user to indemnify Patravo.
Patravo may control the defense of any claim subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with Patravo’s defense.
42. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting:

If the dispute is not resolved informally, the state and federal courts located in Washington will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
For claims involving consumers, parents, guardians, or youth users, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
43. Export Control and Sanctions
You may not use, export, re-export, import, sell, or transfer Patravo except as permitted by U.S. law and other applicable laws.
You may not use Patravo if you are prohibited from doing so under U.S. sanctions, export-control laws, or other applicable restrictions.
44. Changes to These Terms
Patravo may update these Terms from time to time.
Every update receives a version number.

Patravo may notify users or organizations of material changes by email, in-app notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of Patravo after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using Patravo.
45. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Patravo’s written permission.
Patravo may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, or transfer of the Patravo business, provided that any successor remains bound by the privacy and data commitments described in the Privacy Policy unless users and organizations receive notice and meaningful choices before materially different practices apply.
46. Force Majeure
Patravo is not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fires, floods, storms, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, internet outages, cloud provider outages, app store disruptions, government action, legal restrictions, or other events beyond Patravo’s reasonable control.
47. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
The unenforceable part will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, if allowed by law.
48. No Waiver
If Patravo does not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean Patravo waives the right to enforce it later.
49. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable Patravo policies, and any signed written agreement with Venlorin LLC, form the entire agreement between you and Venlorin LLC regarding Patravo.
They replace prior or conflicting informal statements about the Service, unless a signed written agreement says otherwise.
